Founder of the Foundation for Taxpayer and Consumer Rights, Rosenfield authored California's Proposition 103, spearheaded the successful 1988 campaign to pass it by citizen referendum and dramatically reduced insurance rates. The passage of Prop. 103 demonstrated that regulating the insurance industry was not an activist's pipe dream, but a possible reality. The panel airs on CUNY TV, channel 75 Monday, November 21st at 10:00 am, 4:00 pm, and 10:00 pm. It will also air on Saturday, November 26th at 4:00 pm.
